Doctor Caitlin!

We are finally fencing in our backyard thanks to the help of our neighbor, James!  While he's been working on that, little Caitlin has been coming over to play with William, and William has been in heaven!  Everyday now it's: "Where's James?"  "Where's Caitlin."  "What are they doing?"  "They come to William's house?"

The other day, Caitlin brought over her doctor's kit, and William was beyond excited that Dr. Caitlin was over.

9 Months

Yep, this little bugger is 9 months old!

Weight: 24 lbs 13 oz (95%)

Height: 2' 5.5" (75%)

Matthew is developing by leaps and bounds!  He pulls himself to a standing position whenever the opportunity presents itself, does laps side-shuffling around his pack and play, prefers to be on the ground, chases after William in his walker, loves eating his puffs and any other solid, loves giving hugs, is a little chatterbox with "mamamama" or "dadadada," loves being pushed in the swing outside, and just loves being a part of the action.  This kid does not want to be left out!

We have 7 teeth!  Sleeping has gotten better.  Bed time is 8:00 on the dot, with a wake-up around 11:30/midnight and then again at 4:00 and waking up for the day at 7:00.  

We love this little "Bee-Boo!"

Take Me Out to the Ball Game!

Saturday, June 9th was William's first Mariner's game!  He was decked out in his hat, Griffey jersey, and even brought his baseball glove, just in case.  He got to sit next to Grandpa, enjoyed a hot dog, soft pretzel, gatorade, got a "first timers certificate" and his own Mariner's Moose bobblehead.  He loved cheering and clapping and really had a great time!  Thank you Grandpa for treating us to William's first of many baseball games!

Happy Birthday Daddy-o!

Happy Birthday Daddy-o!  The boys and I made a special trip to Daddy's work with cookies and a birthday balloon.  Both boys had so much fun playing with everyone and William scored a Crump truck, which you will notice he wouldn't let go of.  As soon as we left, about 1.5 hours later, both boys passed out!

Boomie and Papa joined us for dinner.  We were treated to Northlake Tavern pizza...yum!  We also had Mac and Jack beer, chocolate cake, and gold medal ribbon.  We definitely ate like kings. ;)

By the end of the day, everyone was pooped.

Pack n' Play Time!

Now that Matthew is mobile, had to set the Pack n' Play up in the family room.  We needed a place to put him when we needed both hands and assurance that he wouldn't get into anything he wasn't suppose to be getting into.  Really, it's his safe place.  Luckily, the kid loves it, as does William!
