Fun with the Cousins!

Yesterday, William had so much fun playing with his cousins, Jacob & Owen. He wanted to be everywhere they were and doing whatever they were doing. Watch out future, when theses boys are older!

2 Nights Away!

Jon and I enjoyed two nights away in Pebble Beach while Nana watched William. This was my first time away from William. We had fun, but missed our little booger.

18 Months!

Every day is a new adventure with this little man. He absolutely loves being outside, whether it's going for a walk, or helping aroundthe yard, there's no holding him back when the sun is out. William has quite the array of toys outside. He has shovels, rakes, golf club, tee-ball set, a radio flyer wagon, and a big toy that was purchased off of Craigslist (which still needs to be assembled). When the weather is actually more consistent, we will have so much fun. Plus, we are growing strawberries, one of William's favorites!

William's new loves are trucks and planes. Thursday is garbage day, and as soon as we hear the garbage trucks, we both run to the window to watch. And, when we hear a plane fly over our house, William will point up to where it is and say "pain."

He's not a big fan of baths, but LOVES showers! I think he could stand in the shower all day if we let him.

He's a good eater, and will eat just about anything. But lately, chicken and beef have been kind of tricky. It must be a texture thing and I hope he grows out of it quickly.

Happy 1.5 Mr. Man!

Morning Ritual

Every morning, when the heat kicks on, William loves to sit over the heat register and read his books.

Happy Be-Lated Easter!

Time is just flying by! The day before Easter we were able to make time for our egg dyeing, which was William's first time. I think Jon and I were a little more excited about the egg dyeing than William.

Easter morning, in lieu of an Easter basket full of candy (I know, what kind of parents are we!?), we scattered plastic eggs filled with quarters and $2 bills around the yard, as well as presents for William to find. He had so much fun and I'm sure this will become a tradition.
We enjoyed a huge pancake breakfast and then a traditional ham dinner at Nana and Grandpa's.
